With its January 2026 premiere date now confirmed, the buzz around the new season has already reached a fever pitch.

Returning Cast and Production Team

The voice cast continues to bring back familiar favorites that have defined the series since its debut. Takeo Otsuka returns as Aquamarine Hoshino, Yurie Igoma as Ruby Hoshino, Megumi Han as Kana Arima, Manaka Iwami as Akane Kurokawa, Rumi Okubo as Mem-cho, Lynn as Miyako Saito, and Rie Takahashi reprising her role as the unforgettable idol Ai Hoshino.

Behind the scenes, the series owes much of its success to the powerhouse creative team. The first two seasons were directed by Daisuke Hiramaki with Ciao Nekotomi assisting, Kanna Hirayama designing the characters, and Takuri Iga handling the music, creating a perfect blend of drama, style, and emotion that hooked audiences worldwide.

The first season aired in 2023 with 11 episodes, followed by a second season in 2024 that expanded to 13 episodes. Both seasons remain available to stream globally, setting the stage for the eagerly awaited continuation in 2026.
