After 24 episodes of unpredictable twists, unique storytelling, and experimental visuals, TO BE HERO X has reached its conclusion. The final episode premiered today, accompanied by a new commemorative visual that encapsulates the essence of the series’ anthology-style narrative. This marks the end of an era for the franchise that has redefined superhero anime through its bold concepts and creative risks.

To mark the finale, the production team unveiled not only the new visual but also released a music video, the official opening sequence, and a special hero’s highlight video that recaps the best moments of the series. These additions are designed to honor the world of TO BE HERO X, where trust and belief shape the very foundation of what it means to be a hero.

The World of TO BE HERO X

Set in a world where heroes are born from the trust of ordinary people, TO BE HERO X explored a unique system in which individuals could gain superpowers by earning trust points reflected on their wrists. This ever-changing measurement of worth and belief made the journey of each hero uncertain, but also deeply human. Ordinary people had the chance to rise as heroes, yet their paths were filled with challenges, betrayals, and shifting alliances.

Creative Powerhouse Behind the Scenes

TO BE HERO X was produced by BeDream and directed by Li Haolin, the visionary mind behind Link Click. The series was also powered by an incredible soundtrack with contributions from Hiroyuki Sawano, KOHTA YAMAMOTO, Hidefumi Kenmochi, DAIKI, Shuhei Mutsuki, Hideyuki Fukasawa, Misaki Umase, and Ryuichi Takada of MONACA. This blend of cutting-edge animation and a stellar music team helped cement the series’ reputation as one of the boldest superhero anime in recent memory.

The end of TO BE HERO X also shines a spotlight back on its predecessors, TO BE HERO and To Be Heroine, both of which are also available on Crunchyroll.
