During a Warner Bros. Japan event, fans were treated to the first wave of announcements for Steel Ball Run. The event unveiled five cast members, confirming the voices behind some of the most iconic characters in the series.

Production Team and Netflix Release

The anime will stream globally on Netflix in 2026, ensuring fans worldwide can join the bizarre journey. Returning from earlier parts of the series are directors Yasuhiro Kimura and Hideya Takahashi, known for their work on Golden Wind. Toshiyuki Kato will serve as series director, while Yasuko Kobayashi continues her long-running role as series structure lead.
